Synenza was founded in 2017 by three former in-house operators tired of seeing brilliant companies stall on the wrong advice. We set out to build the kind of firm we wished had existed when we were on the other side of the table.
Eight years in, we work with around a dozen clients at a time — by design. We believe deep beats wide, and the work shows it.
Today we have offices in London, Zurich, and New York, with team members across four continents.
